Online Services

We will be changing our telephone system week beginning 27.11.23. We do not anticipate any problem, however please bear with us while we make the switch over.  Please continue to use eConsult, and if you need to contact the surgery via the telephone, ensure you listen carefully to the options, which may have changed.


Some of the functions we are looking forward to offering patients in the coming weeks, include a call back option which will hold your place in the queue.

Flu vaccinations are now available to book at Pall Mall Surgery - Sat 16th Sep, Sat 23rd Sep or Sat 30th Sep.  Further dates will be provided in due course if you cannot make either of these dates. We do not have any information regarding covid boosters at this time but will contact you when more information is available.

Healthwatch Patient Survey

If you need clinical assistance please use eConsult.  The eConsult will be clinically triaged by a General Practitioner and you will then be contacted with an outcome. Please be accurate with your symptoms to ensure the system can process the information you supply and help us to provide the most suitable outcome.  

Please note, e-Consults will be available for completing 6:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

Nurse appointment

If your appointment is to see a nurse for : Asthma and COPD annual reviews, first time contraceptive advice, Wound Management, Smear, Child Imms, Adult Imms, Removal of Sutures or Blood Pressure, please contact the surgery by phone to make your appointment.

You can use the NHS app to view your medical records, tests results, and order medication. Download the NHS App (available free from the IOS store or Google Play Store) register and once live you will have access to all of your  information, including your Covid Pass.


SystmOnline allows patients or someone acting on behalf of the patient to proactively manage their care. The online services available include the ability to view an online Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as well as booking appointments and managing medication. Please be advised that when pre-booking an appointment you can only book one appointment at a time.  Thank you. (On Line appointment requests are currently not available, apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.)

Existing patients can enjoy access to our wide range of services at the touch of a button. Whether managing your appointment, accessing Medical Record Viewer or ordering a repeat prescription you can now do both without leaving your home. 

Test Results

Pall Mall Surgery no longer gives out test results over the phone or via appointments. 

You will be contacted by the surgery should there be a need. However, if you wish to view your recent blood test results why not download the NHS App (available free from the IOS store or Google Play Store) register and once live you will have access to all of your recent test information. 

In the rare instance you do require further information about a specific test result please visit our website and contact us using the
administration option from our eConsult service.
