Please contact the surgery to make your appointment.  The above clinics are for able bodied patients only.  There will be no lift access.  The ability to use stairs unaided is essential.  If you do not fall into this category please contact the surgery and we will put your name down on a waiting list, and contact you at a later date with alternative arrangements.

You must arrive at the premises at your allocated appointment time. You will not be permitted to access the building until your allocated appointment time and your temperature has been checked.  Please be prepared to queue outside in all weathers.  This is to ensure we can maintain social distancing measures.  You must attend on your own. Please ensure that you do not have bags or coats, weather permitting, and you wear short sleeves.

Thank you for your co-operation during these unprecedented times.

The Partners and Management of the Pall Mall Surgery.

Please note that people in the 50-64-year old age group will not be vaccinated until November and December, providing there is sufficient vaccine, and no appointments will be offered for this age group until then. This is to ensure that those who are most at risk are vaccinated first. If you are 50-64 and you are in one of the other groups which is eligible for the flu vaccination, for example you have a health condition which puts you at risk from the flu, you will be invited earlier.

**CORONAVIRUS UPDATE**

As of 15th June NHS Guidelines state that any patient attending the Pall Mall Surgery will need to wear a face mask / face covering.  Children under the age of 5 are exempt.  Any persons not wearing a mask will not be permitted to enter.

Due to the current crisis, and to protect our patients and our staff  the doors are closed to all patients who do not have a booked face to face appointment.  If you do wish to discuss any concerns with the practice please kindly contact us by phone only.

To make an appointment you will need to contact the surgery by phone ONLY.  We are not able to take appointment requests face to face.  To manage the current situation and to care for our patients and staff the Pall Mall Surgery shall be managing appointments, firstly by using telephone triage.  If the clinician feels you need to be seen an appointment will be made for you to attend the surgery.

If you are suffering from any respiratory symptoms such as cough, temperature, and / or sore throat and you are asked to attend the surgery you will be given an appointment in a designated area.  Please wait in your car until we call you on your mobile at the time of your appointment.

The Partners and staff at the Pall Mall Surgery thank you for your patience at this difficult time.
